About the role

The Auto Claim Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire auto claims process, ensuring timely and accurate handling of customer claims while leading a team of claims adjusters

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring timely and accurate handling of customer claims

Requirements

  • High level of expertise in all aspects of claims adjusting
  • Extensive knowledge of contracts, investigation techniques, legal requirements, and regulations
