About the role
Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as designed. Collect accurate and timely data on student progress and behavior. Facilitate behavior reduction strategies and teach replacement skills. Maintain detailed documentation and prepare reports. Collaborate closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), teachers, administration, and paraeducators. Provide support both in home settings and at school locations. Manage caseloads involving one to two students.

Requirements
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Experience working with school-aged children in behavioral or educational settings.
- Strong knowledge of data collection, behavior intervention techniques, and IEP processes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to various environments and student needs.
