Program Manager, WW Business Process Engineering, Product Operations

The Worldwide Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) team is seeking an experienced supply chain professional to lead Product Operations focused initiatives.

• Managing and driving large scale initiatives, cross functionally and cross regionally, to enable new supply chain capabilities, drive process optimization, increase scale & efficiency, and minimize cost.
• Identifying and resolving key issues in a dynamic and ambiguous environment, facing exciting challenges daily.
• Leading multiple efforts simultaneously in a global capability, including working with international teams.
• Summarizing key points and tying them back to the customer experience & business objectives through executive presentations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, or related discipline (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.).
• 5-7+ years of program management experience in supply chain or related discipline.
• Deep understanding of supply chain processes in the electronics industry - design, manufacturing, logistics, after-sale service.
• Proficient knowledge of the systems implementation and development life cycles.
• Proficient at leading multiple efforts simultaneously in a global capability, including working with international teams.
• Ability to summarize key points and tie them back to the customer experience & business objectives through executive presentations.
