Paraprofessional

Soliant has an opening for a contracted Paraprofessional in the Allentown, PA area. This position is for the rest of the 2025-2026 School Year. Soliant offers Weekly Pay, guaranteed hours, and an exceptional Health Benefits & 401k package.

• Knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Ability to support the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with students, teachers, and parents.
• Ability to adapt instructional strategies, materials, and resources to meet diverse learning needs.
• Proficient in assessing and monitoring student progress through formal and informal assessment methods.
• Knowledge of specialized teaching techniques, assistive technologies, and resources for students with special needs.
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for working with students with diverse learning abilities.
• Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills to effectively support classroom dynamics and individual student needs.

• Highschool Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience working with children.
• Desire to help special education students.
