Responsibilities

Summary: Supports the recruitment process aiding the Provider Recruitment team in all logistics including, but not limited to travel coordination, itinerary development and deployment, gift arrangements, and expense reports. They will be the conduit between the recruiters, hiring leaders and candidates as it relates to all recruitment logistics.

Core Responsibilities:

Coordinates on-site candidate interviews including scheduling, travel, agenda development, liaising with the market, candidate profile sheets, and processing expense reports.

Performs administrative duties relative to Provider Recruitment, including but not limited to composing correspondence and coordinating resources across the Provider Recruitment function.

Tracks employment and recruitment agreements until signature is obtained.

Is the conduit between the candidates, recruiters and hiring leaders as it relates to onsite and logistical aspects of recruitment.

Supports the sourcing and physician resident recruiters in all bookings and logistics as it pertains to recruitment focused events.

Provides general administrative support across the Provider Recruitment team as solicited by Provider Recruitment within the scope of their work.

Requirements

Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience. OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Additional Preferences

Experience: 1 year of previous healthcare or administrative experience.
