About the role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer with a strong background in RPA development to join the Business Process Automation Center of Excellence. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving digital transformation by automating complex business processes across departments. This role also involves leveraging the broader UiPath ecosystem, including tools like Document Understanding and Communications Mining to build intelligent and scalable automations.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using industry-standard tools.
  • Utilize UiPath tools such as Document Understanding, Communications Mining, etc. where applicable.
  • Integrate bots with APIs, databases, and third-party systems.
  • Maintain and enhance existing automations, ensuring reliability and scalability.
  • Mentor and support junior RPA developers and nearshore contractors by providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, sharing best practices, and ensuring adherence to development standards.
  • Facilitate the expansion of our citizen developer network through mentorship, code reviews, and sharing best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in RPA development
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major RPA platform (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.).
  • Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as VB.NET, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of process design documents (PDDs) and solution design documents (SDDs).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
