Texas Educational Diagnostician

Soliant is seeking a certified Educational Diagnostician to join our student support team in Texas. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about assessment, collaboration, and helping students access the services they need to thrive.

• Conduct comprehensive educational evaluations for students referred for special education services
• Interpret assessment results and communicate findings clearly to staff and families
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and review IEPs
• Support compliance with state and federal special education regulations
• Maintain accurate documentation and timelines for evaluations and reports
• Serve as a resource for instructional strategies and academic interventions

• Valid Texas Educational Diagnostician Certification
• Strong understanding of special education processes and eligibility criteria
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage caseloads and timelines efficiently
