Responsibilities may include document preparation and distribution, arranging meetings, scheduling, generating reports, greeting visitors, and maintaining files. This position requires the use of some independent judgement and appropriate handling of confidential information. Role may handle multiple projects. The value you'll bring to the team: Answers, evaluates, and appropriately responds to phone calls, correspondence, electronic mail, visits, and other inquiries Provides clerical/administrative support, relaying messages, arranging appointments and filing Creates documents, files, prepares correspondence, and produces copies Prepares, edits and distributes reports, agendas, letters, meeting minutes, and other documents Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to complete tasks and objectives Qualifications The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed: High School Grad or Equiv 0 years experience
