About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of technically complex customer-facing features across Apple platforms—from concept through launch—with a focus on improving location accuracy, privacy, security, and the foundational Find My network infrastructure.
- Create an execution plan that accounts for product priorities and engineering feasibility, adapting it as the project progresses.
- Ensure all teams have clear expectations of deliverables across engineering, design, product, and data science, ensuring these land on time with high-quality, and using program skills to escalate and mitigate when things go off track.
- Drive the definition of priorities, scope, and success metrics while balancing technical feasibility with user value.
- Evaluate user experiences critically by becoming a user expert, and translating pain-points into plans for refinement.
- Communicate status, risks, and trade-offs clearly across teams and leadership, providing informed recommendations and options alongside issues.
- Represent your program with accountability and integrity across Apple’s internal teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 4-8+ years of Program Management or Technical Program Management experience leading technical programs or cross-functional software initiatives in developer or business-facing products.
- Demonstrated success shipping client applications (e.g., iOS, macOS) and/or complementary web or backend services.
- Proven ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams and make technically informed decisions.
- Strong empathy for users and the ability to reason through product design trade-offs.
- Exceptional organizational skills, ability to track many moving parts at once.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with technical and executive audiences alike.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs and drive alignment across stakeholders.
