Throughout the 12-week experience, interns will work on unique personal projects, collaborate with other interns to solve organizational challenges, and learn new business & professional skills. Information about the responsibilities for this internship can be found below: Support complex project workstreams for participants, working onsite or virtually with the client to implement and sustain change Provide analytical support for consulting engagements, focused on non-payroll expense reduction and operational optimization Develop, manage, and present analytical models and dashboards that drive decision making Design and/or refine processes and training to ensure continuous improvement Create client-ready deliverables (e.g. presentations, memos, and other documents) as requested Develop and utilize support tools using advanced Excel, Access, and Tableau for implementation support and tracking and reporting of performance metrics for improvement initiatives Support the development effective relationships with the Participants (site of care), to assist with achieving the benefits of The Resource Group’s Solutions and add to the internal knowledge base from project experience Requirements Education: High school diploma equivalency OR Enrolled in accredited program specific to discipline required.
