ICU RN

A healthcare facility in Escondido, CA is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with ICU experience to provide exceptional patient care in a critical care setting.

• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding promptly to changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Utilize advanced nursing skills to manage ventilators, IV lines, and other ICU equipment
• Document patient progress and update medical records thoroughly and accurately
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and health status

• Current and valid RN license with ICU experience
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism and care
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
