The International Learning Partner, Commercial and Global Personal Lines is a senior learning advisor responsible for translating business needs into strategic learning solutions

• Translate business needs into strategic learning solutions
• Partner closely with business leaders across multiple geographies
• Lead the UK-based School Leavers Program
• Facilitate high-impact learning experiences
• Manage vendor relationships and delivery partners
• Track learning effectiveness
• Represent the business segments in enterprise learning councils
• Lead and develop a small team of L&D professionals

• Experience in learning and development, talent management, or business advisory roles
• Strong understanding of commercial and personal lines insurance products
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior business and HR leaders
• Experience with UK Apprenticeship Levy programs and/or early careers development
