About the role

Delta Professional Services (DPS) is seeking a Copywriter who excels at crafting clear, compelling, and brand-aligned messaging for a wide range of audiences including employees, clients, and business partners.

Responsibilities

  • Write and edit copy for internal communications, training materials, presentations, marketing campaigns, websites, social content, and executive messaging.
  • Collaborate with creative, instructional design, and operations teams to ensure messaging aligns with project goals and audience needs.
  • Translate technical or complex information into accessible, engaging language.
  • Create narrative scripts for video content, eLearning modules, and multimedia storytelling.
  • Ensure brand voice consistency across all content.
  • Conduct research to support accurate, informed writing.
  • Review and proofread content for grammar, tone, clarity, and compliance with DPS guidelines.
  • Assist in developing messaging frameworks, taglines, and communication strategies.

Requirements

  • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
  • Embraces a diverse set of people, thinking and styles.
  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
  • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of professional writing experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of writing styles (corporate, technical, marketing, creative).
  • Excellent grammar, attention to detail, and ability to write for diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to adapt voice and tone to brand guidelines.
