• To Provide a responsible position for receiving supplies and equipment.
• Also handles shipping all outgoing shipments from all freight carriers.
• This position assists in the daily issue of supplies and ticketing charge items as needed.
• Maintaining the receiving area and restocking shelves as required upon receipt.
• Cross training in other areas in order to fill in when needed.
• Dual position, cross trained in receiving and distribution.
• Receives all supplies and equipment, documenting date and entering counts into the system.
• Prepares the daily outgoing shipments for pick up, entering into the system where appropriate.
• Assists in putting away supplies and ticketing items when time allows.
• Assists in counting during semi-annual inventories.
