Manager, Technology Controls Testing - Enterprise Services Risk

The Enterprise Services Risk organization is expanding with a focus on attracting innovative, pioneering, collaborative, and highly skilled professionals. • Apply risk management skills to the company’s Technology organization
• Partner across Enterprise Services, Divisional CIO, and Information Security teams
• Develop and support best-in-class industry risk solutions
• Collaborate with other 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line teams
• Monitor and test processes and control environments
• Report results, and evaluate compliance with requirements and regulations
• Drive insight into risk and control performance, and organizational change
• Identify process and control gaps
• Compose clear and concise findings to document shortcomings
• Communicate results clearly
• Develop and execute program strategy
• Learn new technologies
• Develop relationships with partners across technology divisions
• Contribute to process enhancements to reduce risk

• At least 5 years of risk management, compliance, regulatory, audit or legal experience
• At least 5 years of experience in project or process management
• At least 5 years of experience supporting, partnering, and interacting with internal or external business clients or both
• At least 1 year of experience in controls development, controls management, and reporting activities
