School-Based LPN

Join a caring school environment near Sturtevant, WI (53177) as a Licensed Practical Nurse for the 25/26 school year. Assignment Details: ASAP – June 11, 2026. Hours: Part-time, Thurs & Fri, 8:00 AM–3:50 PM (with possibility of additional hours later in the year). Caseload: 1:1 support for a first-grade student with chronic lung disease, J-tube feedings, history of respiratory failure, tracheal stenosis, and prior trach/vent dependence. Care duties include trach management, feeding assistance, and hygiene support.
