• Operate Heavy Equipment
• Provide expertise in the recommendations of material and equipment staging, utility location, etc.
• Locate underground utilities and obstructions, such as pipes and wires, prior to commencement of work.

• Four (4) years of general work experience in building and equipment maintenance, construction or repair work.
• Two (2) years of experience operating heavy equipment, such as excavators, dozers, and backhoes.
