Multi Craft Technician – Tetra Pak – Night Shift – 6pm to 6am

Join Our Team as a Multi-Craft Technician! Are you a hands-on problem solver with expertise in mechanical, electrical, and automation systems? We’re looking for a Multi-Craft Technician to keep our plant running safely, efficiently, and reliably.

• Work alongside Operations to minimize downtime and keep production on schedule
• Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose complex equipment issues, perform root cause analysis, and repair high-speed filling, packaging, and conveying systems
• Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Execute PMs, support autonomous maintenance, and plan major repairs during scheduled shutdowns
• Fabricate & Upgrade: Design, weld, and install mechanical and electronic components; perform PLC program changes and maintain AC drive systems
• Collaborate & Improve: Partner with Engineering and Manufacturing to implement design changes and continuous improvement initiatives
• Train & Mentor: Share your expertise with peers and provide technical guidance to improve team capabilities
• Ensure Compliance: Follow GMP, FDA, USDA, OSHA, and company safety standards in all tasks

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of multi-craft maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong skills in mechanical, electrical, PLC troubleshooting, and fabrication
• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and use precision tools
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
