Cashier (Fiscal Analyst 1) - Provide accurate and timely accounting data, perform accounts receivable tasks, process daily cash received, and accurately manage resident benefits and trust accounts for the Washington Veterans Home

• Process daily cash received at the Washington Veterans Home
• Manage resident trust funds
• Provide accounting support to the WDVA Financial Services Department
• Serve as the Accounts Receivable clerk
• Assist with informing residents of their rights, privileges, and eligibility under both federal and state laws

• Bachelor's degree, which includes at least 18 quarter or 12 semester hours of accounting, auditing, or budgeting
• Ability to work independently, be organized, and multitask
• Ability to work with multi-generational Veterans and/or their spouses
