Dialysis RN

• Administer and monitor dialysis treatments in accordance with established protocols.
• Assess patient conditions and respond to changes promptly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update patient care plans.
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control and safety standards.
• Educate patients and families about dialysis procedures and care management.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Proven experience in dialysis nursing or related clinical settings.
• Strong knowledge of renal disease, dialysis processes, and patient care.
• Effective communication and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a clinical team.
