Head of Data Management

Chubb Life Global is seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to serve as the Head of Data Management, a critical role in shaping the organization’s data governance and management practices across 8 markets in Asia.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive data governance strategy
• Define and oversee the lifecycle of data products
• Establish and lead internal data councils
• Design and implement frameworks to monitor, measure, and improve data quality
• Define clear roles and responsibilities for data ownership
• Lead the development and maintenance of a comprehensive data catalogue and ontology

• Bachelor or master's degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, MBA, Information Management, or a related field
• 15+ years of experience in data management, governance, or related fields
• Proven track record of leading large-scale data governance initiatives in complex, multinational organizations
• Strong expertise in data quality frameworks, data cataloguing, and ontology development
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in the insurance industry or financial services is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements in Asia
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
