Early Childhood Special Education Teacher

Teachers will be working at an early childhood center. This will be a resource setting. Caseload will be a mix of different disabilities but an emphasis on math and reading subjects. 15 students are on the caseload with different levels of ASD. Schedule is 8:20 AM to 3:15 PM M-F.

• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate with general education teachers, staff, and families to provide inclusive learning opportunities.
• Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet individual student goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and district guidelines.
• Provide ongoing communication and support to students and families.

• Valid Oklahoma teaching license in Special Education (required).
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment.
