About the role

Delta Training Planning seeks a Co-op to help deliver data-driven solutions and automation aimed at continually improving Training Planning strategy and decision-making

Responsibilities

  • Identifying existing manual processes that can be improved via data automation and designing/implementing a replacement
  • Delivering solutions to help reduce task completion time
  • Utilizing project management skills to ensure all tasks are completed on time and on budget

Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled full-time and pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Economics or related quantitative field
  • Knowledge of SQL or Database query tool(s); SAS preferred, but not required
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies, preferred, but not required
  • Outside of the box thinking
  • Strong organizational, project management, and personal management skills
  • Robust verbal and written communication skills at all levels
  • Ability to work well in teams
