Senior Associate, Supply Chain- Shared Services

We are seeking a dedicated, disciplined, risk professional who excels in a team environment. This individual will have demonstrated that they have managed risk processes in the past with measured results. This individual must be able to effectively communicate and influence partners across the company and across multiple levels of the organization.

• Collaborate effectively with 1st line partners, 2nd lines of defense (Compliance, Legal, Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk Management) and 3rd line of defense (Audit)
• Proactively analyze risk trends, identifying signs of changing risk levels and areas of emerging risk for ESM
• Advise and support annual Process Level Assessments (PLAs) and annual/off-cycle Process Criticality Assessments (PCAs)
• Drive risk management process improvements across ESM
• Manage oversight of the ESM control suite and serve as main contact for Business Controls Testing, control associations, SOC 2 Testing, and ad hoc control quality assurance (QA)
• Serve as Issue Manager for ESM owned Issues and project manager for remediation activities
• Maintain ESM’s Business Continuity Plan as Plan Manager
• Assist ESM ARO QA, due diligence, and reporting functions, as needed
• Lead other advisory or risk projects, as needed

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
• At least 2 years of experience with Process Management or Project Management
• At least 2 years of experience working in a Risk Management field
