• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to GPU social workers
• Plan, organize, and direct social work programs on GPU
• Monitor and manage social work practicum student placements on GPU
• Serve as the ESH GPU central contact for coordination of resources related to community placement

• A minimum of two years of supervised, post-Master's Degree experience working as a Social Worker
• Experience in the provision of direct therapeutic intervention to individuals with a serious and persistent mental illness/co-occurring disorder diagnosis
• Experience should also have included working within an interdisciplinary treatment team framework
• Knowledge regarding psychotropic medications
• One year experience in supervising clinical staff
• In-depth working knowledge of group behavior and dynamics
• Experience in intervening and de-escalating crisis/dangerous situations
• Knowledge of all hospital, state, and federal regulatory standards, policies and procedures
