• Prepare the operating room for surgical procedures
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other team members throughout surgeries
• Monitor patient status during procedures to anticipate and respond to changes
• Maintain sterile field and adhere to infection control protocols
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience working in Operating Room settings
• Strong knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, and safety practices
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
