• Develop and lead a high-performing product team
• Establish and implement a strategic roadmap to achieve key business outcomes
• Introduce new tactics to optimize existing growth mechanisms and levers
• Partner closely with various lines of business to embed virtual card functionality into broader product design and marketing lifecycle

• At least 7 years of experience working in Product Management
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or Master's degree in a quantitative field or MBA with a quantitative concentration
