Supervisor, Entertainment Operations

The Supervisor, Entertainment Operations shall be responsible for ensuring the functionality of all operations related to the day-to-day execution of the Entertainment elements to which they are assigned.

• Ensure the functionality of all operations related to the day-to-day execution of the Entertainment elements
• Supervise the daily operation of a specific show venue and/or area
• Provide direction, development and support to Leads and employees

• Knowledge of show quality and guest service
• Ability to supervise and manage staff
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
