Licensing Services Supervisor (LSR3)

• Support the training of team members and lead the team of Licensing Services Representatives
• Encourage team members to utilize excellent customer service skills to help customers with their inquiries and resolve issues

• Five (5) years of customer service experience providing products and services, and/or explaining rules and regulations to customers
• One (1) year of experience leading or supervising teams
