We are looking for a Product Strategy Analytics, Senior Associate to join our team to drive corporate product strategy initiatives and the vision of the Product organization.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product Strategy, Product Management, and analytics teams to explore growth opportunities for athenahealth and evaluate clients' financial trends related to Value-Based Care (VBC).
  • Inform backlog prioritization through research and investigation.
  • Build and monitor effective metrics and OKRs.
  • Communicate the impact of different product strategies for the organization.
  • Identify and prioritize solutions utilizing athenahealth and market data.
  • Distill complex datasets into reusable assets with self-service data visualization for decision-making and product proof-points.
  • Translate complex healthcare data into takeaways for product leadership.

Requirements

  • Ability to synthesize complex, high-volume, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve business problems.
  • Ability to drive inter-team collaboration to achieve business results.
  • Demonstrated ability to use a variety of tools, techniques, and processes to gather and report data.
  • Knowledge of, and ability to use, strategies, techniques, and tools for effective communication of technical ideas to various audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate across a range of audiences, both internal and external audiences, and across a range of cohorts.
  • Ability to provide sound rationale for recommendations to gain others' support and commitment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong business acumen.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in quantitative disciplines like Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Analytics, or Information Systems preferred.
  • 5+ years professional experience, preferably including 3+ years of data analytics or data science.
  • Strong understanding of database technologies and ability to write code to gather data.
  • Considerable SQL experience mandatory.
  • Mastery of advanced time-series analysis, cohort identification & comparison, benchmark development, applied statistical methods, behavioral analytics, and data visualization.
