Responsibilities

  • Utilizing motivational interviewing and active listening skills.
  • Provide coaching and support to empower the member to meet their personal wellness goals and sustain long-term positive behavioral change.
  • Assess member’s appropriateness for coaching and coordination into other levels of care and/or resources as needed.
  • Develop and monitor established plans of care, in collaboration with the member to meet the member’s goals.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of professional wellness/life coaching experience.
  • Must hold one of these professional coaching certifications: Board Certified Coach[BCC], ICF-credential [ACC/PCC/MCC], or NBC-HWC.
  • Excellent computer skills including MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook.
  • Private and confidential workspace free from distractions. Professional camera-ready work environment available at all times.
