Registered Nurse School Setting in Creedmoor, NC

A rewarding opportunity is available for a skilled Registered Nurse to provide dedicated care in a school setting located 45 minutes north of Durham, NC.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care throughout the school day to a 5th-grade female student requiring intensive medical support
• Monitor respiratory status closely and administer G-tube feedings safely and effectively
• Collaborate with school staff to create a supportive learning environment
• Respond promptly to any changes in the student’s condition and communicate with healthcare providers as needed
• Maintain detailed documentation related to the student’s care and condition

• Valid RN licensure with experience in pediatric or school nursing
• Proficient in respiratory monitoring and gastrostomy tube (G-tube) care
• Comfortable working with non-verbal, visually impaired students
• Ability to maintain a calm and attentive presence, adapting to the needs of the student

• Full-time hours with consistent daily schedule, Monday through Friday
