Supervisor/Lead - Clinical Supply Solutions

Under general supervision of the Depot Pharmacist / Depot Manager, oversees the various functions of the depot/warehouse, This position is categorized as compliance critical and, as such, requires and is assigned specific responsibility for ensuring continual and proper compliance with all division, corporate and regulatory requirements.

• Directs the workflow, motivates, trains and monitors the performance of warehouse associates involved in the depot’s day to day functions.
• Assists in the process of selection, training and performance management for the depot associates.
• Monitors work processes and makes suggestions for modifications in order to increase and improve productivity, efficiency and accuracy for the purpose of improving costs; implements changes as directed or needed.
• Oversees the staff working e.g. PH1 teams as well as local function packaging.
• Inventory management for local (safety) stock availability by taking appropriate actions in order to meet productivity goals.
• Supports compliance with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and applicable country authorities’ regulations.
• May interact with customers in resolving issues.
• To comply with World Courier Clinical Supply Solutions Standard Operating Procedures and performs related duties as assigned.

• Logistics Degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
• Normally requires a minimum of three (3) year’s experience in Operations and Logistics related and progressively responsible experience.
• Experience in receiving/put away, inventory/ replenishment, pick/ pack process from waving order to completion, booking of transport for cold chain orders for re-refrigerated transport.
• Understanding of the sensitivity of handling pharmaceutical products and working with and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures.
• Forklift license (Preferred).
• Experience in Warehouse Management Systems.
