Educational Diagnostician

A K-12 school in Lindale, TX, is seeking an experienced professional to serve as an ARD Specialist/Facilitator on a contract basis for the current school year. This on-site role focuses on supporting the special education process, collaborating closely with educational diagnosticians, special education teachers, and school staff to ensure compliance and foster student success.

• Facilitate Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
• Collaborate with Educational Diagnosticians and Special Education Teachers to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Provide expert guidance on special education laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Support communication between parents, educators, and district personnel.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure deadlines are met.

• Experience working as an Educational Diagnostician or Special Education Teacher preferred.
• Strong understanding of special education eligibility and ARD processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
