Travel ER (Emergency Room) Nurse Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ER Nurse Manager to join our team in Juneau, AK. As a Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of nurses and allied healthcare professionals in an emergency room setting. You will be responsible for coordinating patient care, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless patient care. • Manage and lead a team of nurses and allied healthcare professionals in an emergency room setting
• Coordinate patient care and ensure timely and effective treatment
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
• Provide education and training to staff on best practices and new technologies

• ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications
• Experience in emergency room management or leadership
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of emergency medical procedures and protocols
