Paraprofessional

Soliant has an opening for a contracted Paraprofessional in the Slatington, PA area. This position is for the rest of the 2025-2026 School Year. Soliant offers Weekly Pay, guaranteed hours, and an exceptional Health Benefits & 401k package.

• Support the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with students, teachers, and parents
• Adapt instructional strategies, materials, and resources to meet diverse learning needs
• Assess and monitor student progress through formal and informal assessment methods
• Demonstrate empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for working with students with diverse learning abilities

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children
• Desire to help special education students
