Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and scale the data infrastructure that powers our workforce insights
  • Ensure we can reliably connect, transform, and deliver data that tells meaningful stories about our people
  • Serve as the technical lead for building and maintaining integrations, data models, and workflows
  • Lead user acceptance testing and coordinate deployment communications
  • Develop reports and dashboards to drive business decisions

Requirements

  • 8 to 14 years of experience in data engineering, data management, or analytics
  • Expertise with Workday required
  • Familiarity with other HR and Financial systems
  • Proficiency in SQL, including data modeling, stored procedures, and query optimization
  • Hands-on experience with ETL tools and pipeline development
  • Experience with Python for data processing and automation
  • Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday, Anaplan) and data governance
