About the role
The Senior Compensation Analyst supports the design, analysis, and administration of AdventHealth's compensation programs that align with the business strategy, including base pay, incentive pay, and various premium pay programs to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity within assigned markets. The incumbent supports and communicates pay structure design, pay grades, and pay decisions that align with compensation policy and budgetary guidelines and performs job evaluations, develops/maintains job descriptions, and job architecture for assigned markets. Participates in compensation survey process, conducts research and analysis on market competitiveness, pay equity, and compensation trends. The Senior Compensation Analyst also provides mentoring and training to Compensation Analysts. Partners with assigned markets to understand business needs and proactively applies compensation knowledge to develop solutions. Serves as a trusted advisor/resource to HR Business Partners in assigned markets.

Researches company practices and industry best practices to inform compensation strategies. Ensures the integrity of the job architecture framework through regular reviews and updates. Conducts job pricing to determine appropriate compensation levels. Reviews classification requests to ensure proper job categorization. Conducts data audits to ensure accuracy and compliance in compensation data. Administers job description processes, including drafting and editing job descriptions. Communicates effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding compensation matters. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of compensation trends and regulatory changes. Assists with annual market adjustments to ensure competitive compensation. Conducts industry compensation comparisons to benchmark against market standards. Analyzes the impact of new compensation programs or changes to existing programs. Performs other duties as assigned.
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed: Bachelor's degree Required 2 Work Experience Required Analytical with attention to detail Ability to understand and communicate statistical information. Ability to organize and visualize data. Ability to present data driven insights through story telling. Demonstrated experience training and mentoring others. Verbal and written communication Organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Preferred Qualifications: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) Preferred Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) Preferred
