• Utilise Linux skills to troubleshoot, innovate fixes and workarounds, keep software up-to-date and provide data and metrics that help manage the capacity and efficiency of our services
• Draw on networking knowledge to identity and troubleshoot network connectivity issues
• They communicate clearly and collaborate with others to deliver results
• They are self-starters, comfortable dealing with ambiguity and change

• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation to troubleshoot high severity issues
• Work within the team in analysing dashboards and investigating metrics with the help of engineers in the team
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and runbooks for documentation

• Working knowledge of Linux system administration and good troubleshooting skills at all levels, from application to network to host
• Experience of systems automation using BASH, Python, Perl, etc
• Experience of network fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, routing, switching, HTTP)
