Engineering Lab Technician

Assemble thermal systems, including mac mini, development board, water and air. Assemble regression racks, including mac mini, development board, power and network. Dress power and network cables neatly for regression/thermal racks. Box/unbox hardware to and from thermal/regression racks. Diagnose and repair software and hardware issues on regression racks. Perform mac mini OS restores. Lab management, including keeping the labs clean and organized. Inventory upkeep. Operate thermal oven and assist users. Rework, touch-up, and solder passive components. Assist on-site testing and troubleshooting. Support remote users with part swap and adjust thermal stations. Assist cross-functional teams at FPGA and VG3 emulation labs. FPGA system builds and teardown. Pickup/Dropoff hardware between lab sites

• AAS Degree with +3 years experience in Semiconductor Test Lab support environment or High School Diploma +7 years experience in the Semiconductor Test Lab support environment
