Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of the new statewide Critical Incident requirements
- Investigate incidents when other agencies do not resolve them
- Develop standardized reporting requirements and performance expectations
- Create and deploy a required system assessment process to measure reliability and transparency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, criminal justice, law, public health, health administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of program development experience
- At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience demonstrating experience in political and government environments
- Project management skills, including scheduling, coordinating, risk/issue management, and stakeholder engagement
- Policy and procedure evaluation, research, and informed recommendations to senior leadership
- Strong facilitation, negotiation, and communication skills, both oral and written
