About the role
We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for a 13-week contract starting December 30th. This role offers the chance to work in a specialty infusion setting while supporting patients with advanced therapies.
Responsibilities
- Verify prescriptions, review patient records, and provide counseling
- Oversee safe and compliant pharmacy operations
- Collaborate with providers, nurses, and pharmacy teams on specialty therapies
- Monitor patient therapies and ensure optimal outcomes
Requirements
- Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy (PharmD or BS)
- Active, unrestricted AL and TN pharmacist licenses (both required)
- 3+ years of pharmacy experience (specialty, infusion, retail, LTC, hospital)
- Strong clinical knowledge and patient counseling skills
