Sustaining Quality Program Manager, Pixel

• Monitor and analyze field performance data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential quality issues
• Lead and support root cause investigations for field failures, collaborating with Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams
• Drive containment actions and permanent corrective actions for identified quality issues, ensuring implementation across the supply chain
• Partner with New Product Introduction (NPI) teams to provide feedback from the field, collaborating with future product designs and manufacturing processes for improved quality
• Work with suppliers to address component and sub-assembly quality issues impacting field performance
• Generate regular reports on field quality performance, communicate insights to stakeholders, and present findings and recommendations to leadership

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5 years of experience in program management
• 5 years of experience in a technical quality role
• Ability to travel 25% to manufacturing sites, supplier facilities, or service/repair locations worldwide
• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• Experience with statistical data analysis and problem-solving methodologies
• Experience in root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for hardware systems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization and external partners
