About the role
The mission of the Attorney General’s Office (AGO) is to provide excellent, independent, and ethical legal services to the State of Washington and to protect the rights of its people.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing the employment lifecycle of AGO candidates and employees and identifying ways to enhance their experience
- Conducting investigations and advising on corrective action, disciplinary matters, and reasonable accommodation
- Providing consultation on a wide variety of human resource issues
- Developing and/or providing training, information, and resources regarding AGO culture and its expectations for a respectful, professional workplace
Requirements
- Three years of broad-based human resources experience including facilitating organizational development or change and consulting on human resource issues
- A bachelor's degree with a focus in business, human resources, social or organizational behavioral sciences, or a related field
