About the role
The Tax Administration Manager (WMS2) manages the Apportionment, Renewable Energy, Surcharges and Agreements (ARESA-2) team
Responsibilities
- Oversee, train, and support a team responsible for key tax administration tasks
- Review and adjust taxpayer accounts
- Handle refund requests
- Assess underpaid taxes
- Ensure tax records are accurate using the Automated Tax & Licensing Administration System (ATLAS)
Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience in tax administration, information technology, project management, program management, or legislative implementation
- Advanced knowledge of policy development, strategic planning, general management principles, organizational development, and supervisory staff management
