Digital Engineering Lead

As our Digital Engineering Lead, you will help design and execute the digital strategy for Personal Risk Services (PRS) and Chubb, harnessing data, AI, and engineering best practices to accelerate business growth and deliver hyper-personalized and frictionless experiences for customers and agents.

• Deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure digital solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define and execute a forward-looking digital roadmap

• 10+ years of engineering experience
• 7+ years in leadership roles
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline
