Aetna Pharmacy Performance Analytics - Senior Manager

• Expand and maintain KPI metrics dashboards
• Gain deep understanding of KPIs and how strategic initiatives may impact performance
• Create succinct executive-level presentations
• Leverage various internal and external data sources to build succinct management process
• Apply project management/organizational skills to execute contracting changes or correction plans
• Develop strategic relationships with all Aetna LOBs
• Develop creative technical solutions to incorporate efficiencies into daily work

• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in finance or other data-driven roles within a healthcare environment
• Experience in SAS, SQL, GCP (must have ability to write code to manipulate data)
• Ability to think creatively and use multiple data sources to assess and develop business strategies
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
• Ability to collaborate with experts from other teams to better understand issues/drivers and how/why the impact may differ by line of business
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (i.e. Excel)
• Experience with large and detailed data sets
