Systems Specialist II, Operations

This is an exciting opportunity to partner with world class professionals to solve real business problems while acting as a liaison between IT and our lines of business. In this role, you will be a valuable source of support through forecasting, in depth analysis, and reporting. You will be responsible for analyzing data to provide top notch recommendations, enabling the team to meet their operational goals. You will also be responsible for application system and process management initiatives, and for ensuring the decision platform is processing applications in compliance with applicable regulatory guidelines and in accordance to the platform design. In addition, you will have the opportunity to troubleshoot complex and interesting application processing issues, monitor system performance, and identify enhancements to give our customers the best experience in the industry.

• System and platform management
• Provide End User support
• Troubleshoot a variety of technology issues
• Support challenging and exciting projects
• Interface between Business and IT in a highly collaborative environment
• Conduct in depth analysis and reporting on complex system and platform issues

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
• At least 2 years of experience in system and platform management
• At least 2 years of experience providing end user support
