Claim Technology Strategic Planner - Sr. Director

The Senior Director, Strategic Initiatives partners with leaders across Claim business delivery, analytics and technology to drive holistic strategic planning efforts ensuring alignment and integration across Strategy & Planning and execution activities.

• Build and maintain strong relationship within Claim Business Delivery, Analytics and Technology leadership team.
• Accountable for developing and managing a master plan for the multi-year build of our new business, analytics & technology ecosystem and transition to achieve our multi year benefit commitments

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 7 years of project management experience preferred.
• 2 years of experience managing others and/or project teams preferred.
