• Develop and execute comprehensive enterprise marketing strategies
• Lead the creation and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Integrated Communications, Brand + Performance Marketing, and Customer Marketing teams
• Use data analytics and market insights to optimize marketing program performance
• Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team
• Develop enterprise brand positioning and messaging
• Champion innovation and continuous improvement in marketing approaches
• Ensure budget adherence and resource allocation
• Identify and exploit white space opportunities
• Build competitive enablement resources and objection-handling narratives

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, healthcare administration, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare enterprise marketing or healthcare technology
• Proven track record in leading enterprise marketing teams and delivering measurable growth
• Proven leadership and people management experience
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape
